Looks tasty doesn't it? I can assure you, it was. To be honest, I wasn't planing on writing about this dish. There's just not much of a recipe to be had here. But, since it was tasty, quick and decently healthy I decided to give it a try.
I decided i'm going to start sharing great diet friendly finds. I was wandering through the frozen section of my local grocery store when I found these McCains thin crust pizzas on sale for $2.99 a pop. Like I always do when I find something "processed" that looks delicious, I flipped the box over and went straight to the ingredients list. To my suprise there was nothing overly offensive on the back of this box. In fact, most of the ingredients listed on the back of the box are ingredients I would use in my own pizzas! So I grabbed a couple.
